Crispy Chicken with Stuffing Dinner



What You Need
 
  1. 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
  2. 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Original Coating Mix
  3. 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  4. 2 cups frozen peas and carrots

Make It

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package. Place in 15x10x1-inch pan lined with foil. Discard any remaining coating mix.
  3. Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (170°F). Meanwhile, prepare Stuffing and cook vegetables.
  4. Serve chicken with Stuffing and vegetables.
