LOOSE CHICKEN RECIPE

Ingredients
  1. 2 large chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks (2 lbs)
  2. 1/3 cup soy sauce
  3. 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  4. 1/3 cup ketchup
  5. 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  6. 1 cup sugar
  7. 1/4 cup oil for frying
  8. 1/3 cup cornstarch for breading

Instructions
  1. Toss the chicken with the cornstarch and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over med-hi heat and add oil.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together the ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper flakes and sugar. Set aside.
  4. Fry chicken pieces until done. Pour in the sauce and boil over high heat for 30 seconds stirring to coat chicken pieces. Transfer to a serving dish.
