1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

2 cup old fashioned oats

2 cups M&MS (plain)

1 cup chocolate chips
