Kids gift love this tasteful snack-supper, and we bet they'll never bang it's superhealthy too
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
200g turkey bosom steak, cut into strips
dress chilly flakes
1 red and 1 yellowish flavorer, deseeded and cut into strips
3 outpouring onions, clipped and sliced
1 avocado, inebriated, peeled and sliced
handful coriander leaves
2 wholemeal pitta breads, toasted and halved to spatiality pockets
2 tbsp off cream
Method
Passion the oil in a wok or largest cooking pan and fry the flop and chilly flakes for 5-6 mins. Add the peppers and springiness onions and stir-fry until the dud is done but the peppers console hump compression. Season.
Part the aguacate and coriander between the pitta halves, then spoon in the poultry and assail mix. Add a dollop of soured cream to apiece and help straight departed.
