  2. 1/4 cup Meringue Powder
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar

INTRUCTION

Step 1


COLORS TINTED

Use Color Right base colors and QuickCount color formulas to tint meringue cookie recipe in the following shade:

Crimson: Meringue Cookie Recipe + 60 C

Royal Icing

Use Color Right base colors and QuickCount color formulas to tint royal icing in the following shade:

Neutral Black: 2 cup white royal icing + 70 BK


Step 2

Prepare pan.

Trace 1 1/2 in. dia. circles, 1 in. apart, on parchment paper. Place paper face down on cookie sheet.

Step 3


Bake cookies.

Tint meringue following color formula above. Prepare two decorating bags with tip 2A. Use decorating brush to brush crimson color up sides of one bag. Fill both bags with tinted meringue. Pipe pull-out dots into circles. Bake and cool cookies following recipe directions.

Step 4


Decorate cookies.

Tint royal icing following color formula above. Prepare a decorating bag with tip 12 and fill with black royal icing. Pipe pull out dot horns on sides of meringue cookies. Let set 1-2 hours.
